This is the perfect spatula for flipping your piece of meat or vegetables. The Skottsberg metal spatula can be used in our Skottsberg Cast Iron and Carbon Steel pans. Moreover, it will make the surface of your pan better and smoother. When using a metal spatula in a seasoned pan, you’ll scrape away the (unnecessary) bumps in your patina layer. As a result, you get a smooth surface in which you can bake beautifully and well. Bumps of leftover dirt are also easily scraped away, which would not succeed with a plastic spatula. As a final touch, we provided the spatula with rounded corners, so that it follows the shape of the edge of the pan nicely. Perfect!
