Description

Due to the extra long blade of the Forged Katai butchers knife you prepare and portion large pieces of meat with ease. Characteristic is the upward curve at the end. With the butcher knife you can cut nice and straight slices of meat in one go. Unlike most Forged series, the Forged Katai knives are manufactured out of Japanese VG10 Steel with a hardness level of 60 Rockwell. All Forged Katai knives are forged by hand in 5 layers, have a blade thickness of 2 mm and an 18-degree cutting angle. Presented in a luxury box
